Hi, I'm Kathryn!

 In 2019, I started my own telepsychiatry practice out of a desire to have a work environment that met my needs and to be able to provide care that met the needs of my patients.

After working with numerous PAs to launch their own practices, I saw (and experienced) the need for more support and collaboration once a practice is up and running. 

Once practice owners get confident in their initial systems and processes, they often want to grow or expand or adapt but aren't sure how to do that.  Together, we can explore and implements different ways for your practice to better meet your needs and the needs of your community. 

In 2024, I worked with individual providers to:

  • Expand access to patients in 8 different states
  • Create unique practices in 8 different specialties
